I Wanted to pass this website along. Recruiters are still low balling the crap out of me. Some one told $42/hour with 30 years experience was then best she has ever placed. I think I have less negotiation as a new grad but I feel some recruiters will lie to you. Its definitely a learning experience....

I wanted to get some of your opinions I realize this question is conditional. When traveling with a significant other(We are PT/PT) is it common to have separate start and end dates? Is your income taking a hit with excessive time off with no pay while your spouse may be finishing up their contract?...

I have discussed options with a company and was offered $24 per hour. I am a new grad working PRN making $40 per hour. I am curious what to expect for a pay rate from a company.
